Greetings, fellow humans! This month, I have mostly been painting some Kruleboyz. A bit of bad luck sadly saw Papa Nurgle grant my household a second case of Covid, so once again I didn’t manage to get as much done as I’d hoped, but thankfully nobody had it particularly bad this time round.

In an effort to cross off a few more boxes of my bingo card (but still no lines!), I opted to paint a few Kruleboyz. They were fairly quick and easy to paint, and I’ve finished the majority of their unit now. There’s been a renewed interest in Age of Sigmar in my local area since the new edition arrived, so painting the Kruleboyz up as an army to use here (as opposed to my Gitz, who are all over in the Aaronorium) is a good idea.
I also managed to get a bit more work done on some of my new Kill Team terrain, but they’re still very much works in progress at the moment. I’m currently debating whether to paint up a second set with a variety of blue looted panels for my Deathskulls, but I’ll get the first set finished before I make my final decision.

If you’re joining in with White Dwarf’s 2021 Hobby Bingo (#WhiteDwarf, #PaintingWarhammer, #WarhammerCommunity), here’s how I’ve fared this month:
3 Unit of 2+ models (3*2 Kruleboyz)

Nice work- they look mean and grumpy- as they should really.
Cheers,
Pete.

Thanks. They’re pretty scrawny compared to my Ironjawz (they’ve even got weedy teef), but I’ll probably stick to single sub-faction armies when I play so things will look a bit more consistent.

I really like the choice of purple for the shields, they look great.

Thanks. I wanted them to match my purple Squigs, and it’s also my go-to colour for beasts/monsters in my Destruction armies.

One day, in the far future (not the grimdark far future), I’ll assemble all of my Destruction forces for a family photo. :p
